Our Commitment Every item from Cozy Creations by Nita is handmade with care and crafted specifically for your order. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at cozycreationsbynita@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundab
